What is the difference between rolled canvas and framed artwork?

Rolled Canvas is unstretched canvas shipped in a protective tube.

Frameless artwork is stretched over a wooden frame without an outer decorative frame.

Framed artwork includes both the wooden stretcher and an outer metal frame.

Both Frameless and Framed options arrive ready to hang with hanging hardware installed.

Can I customize the size, colors, or details?

Yes. We can customize the size, colors, composition, texture, and other details, or turn your reference image into a hand-painted artwork.

Will my painting look exactly like the photos?

Every artwork is painted entirely by hand, so slight variations in color, texture, and brushwork are natural and make each piece unique.

We will send photos of the completed artwork before shipping. You may request adjustments until you are satisfied.

If we cannot achieve a result you approve, you can request a full refund before shipping.

What happens after I place my order?

Your artwork will be hand-painted in approximately one week. Once completed, we will send you photos for review and make any requested adjustments.

After your approval, your artwork will ship free via UPS or DHL and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

What if I change my mind or my artwork arrives damaged?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Custom artwork can be canceled for a full refund before shipping if you do not approve the final result.

If your artwork arrives damaged, email your order number and photos to service@eleanosgallery.com We will arrange a complimentary replacement or another suitable solution.
